Currently, Ascent Hospitality is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Rooftop Server. This role is vital in delivering outstanding food and beverage service to guests in rooftop dining and lounge spaces. The Rooftop Server is responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and professional service while adhering to company and brand standards. The position requires maintaining a proactive guest service approach and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
The Rooftop Server will welcome guests with professionalism, maintaining eye contact and delivering a warm greeting. They will provide attentive and personalized service, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, specials, and beverage offerings. Accurate entry of orders into the Point-of-Sale system and serving food and beverages according to established standards are key responsibilities.
Additionally, the Rooftop Server must monitor guest satisfaction, respond promptly to guest needs, assist with the setup and organization of the rooftop service area, and ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of service stations. Restocking supplies to maintain operational readiness and effective communication with management and team members are required. The role may include performing other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

- Must obtain required alcohol service certification (if applicable) within 30 days of hire

Job Duties
