Roller Coaster Coffee Barista

We are currently seeking a Retail Barista to join our team, working up to 29 hours per week at an hourly rate of $11.25. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the store and create memorable experiences for our customers. The position requires flexibility as you will frequently rotate between different stations, such as crafting delicious Frappuccino beverages at the Frappuccino station and preparing expertly-made espresso drinks at the espresso bar. Your role is crucial in maintaining the flow of service throughout the day, adapting quickly to changing demands, and engaging positively with guests to ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously.

This Retail Barista position demands strong communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure, and a detail-oriented mindset. Punctuality and excellent planning skills are essential to keep operations running seamlessly. Previous experience in customer service and food service environments will help you excel in understanding customer preferences and providing personalized service. Given the physical nature of the work, the ability to lift 15 to 20 pounds is required to handle supplies and equipment safely.
