Job Requirements
- must have high school diploma or equivalent
- must have proven experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role
- must be able to operate and manage pizza ovens and related equipment
- must be physically able to perform duties including bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, and squatting frequently
- must be capable of lifting and handling weights up to 100 pounds
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- must be willing to work in temperatures ranging from extreme cold to heat above 100 degrees
- must have the flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
- must have effective communication skills in english
Job Qualifications
- proven work experience in a commercial kitchen
- experience operating a pizza oven
- pizza dough prep knowledge
- pizza peel experience
- ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high volume environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- available to work a variety of hours including weekends
- ability to communicate in english
Job Duties
- deliver amazing guest experiences with strong knowledge of our offerings and a welcoming, friendly demeanor
- prepare recipes to order for timing, quality, and consistency
- maintain a clean, safe, stocked, and organized workstation according to company standards, health department regulations and manufacturer specifications
- participate in team tasks including but not limited to cleaning and organizing, opening the kitchen, receiving orders
- maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- complete other duties as assigned in support of the business
- assist with catering events as needed
