Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work 29 hours per week Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Customer-focused with patience and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit team

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills for phone and email

Job Duties

  • Check customer emails and voicemails and respond with care
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet customer needs
  • Build long-term relationships by assisting customers with lawn and landscape aspirations
  • Process daily branch mail and support smooth operations
  • Reconnect with customers during winter months for seasonal setup
  • Engage in real conversations with customers and confidently ask for the sale
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
