Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or culinary certification preferred
  • Minimum five years progressive culinary experience
  • At least two years experience as a Sous Chef
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to manage a diverse team effectively

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including production, prep, and special events
  • Manage purchasing and receiving processes efficiently
  • Ensure culinary staff meet the highest standards of food quality
  • Step in to lead the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence
  • Manage culinary budget and monitor labor, scheduling, and overtime
  • Lead and maintain a cohesive, professional kitchen team
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through consistent delivery and quality control
