Rocket Farm Restaurants is currently seeking a passionate Executive Chef to lead their culinary team at their Nashville locations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $120,000 per year depending on experience, along with a generous quarterly bonus program. The role directs all kitchen operations including production, preparation, special events, purchasing, and receiving. The Executive Chef is responsible for maximizing kitchen efficiency and productivity to achieve total guest satisfaction, reviewing daily guest feedback, managing menu changes, and educating both culinary and service staff. With a focus on fostering an educational environment, the Executive Chef trains line cooks and develops the team for future advancement, ensures the cost-effectiveness of menus, and oversees plating and food production during service. This leadership role requires at least 10 years of progressive culinary experience, with five years in senior management.
