Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary education preferred
  • Minimum 10 years culinary experience with at least 5 years in management
  • Demonstrated leadership in a multi-unit kitchen setting
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to analyze and act on guest feedback
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive culinary experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in senior culinary management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and food costs
  • Excellent communication and training abilities
  • Experience in recipe development and execution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Lead entire culinary team and direct all kitchen operations including production and prep
  • Oversee special events coordination and manage purchasing and receiving
  • Ensure culinary employees maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate daily guest feedback actively
  • Supervise recipe execution and provide education to culinary and service staff
  • Direct food production and plating during service
  • Train line cooks efficiently and meet or exceed budgeted food cost percentage
  • Foster an educational environment for culinary staff development
