The Events Manager role at Rocket Farm Restaurants is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and forward-thinking events team focused on driving private dining, catering, and special event business at selected restaurant locations primarily in the Charlotte and Raleigh metropolitan areas. This position is pivotal in generating revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with clients, conducting venue tours and site visits, drafting event contracts and proposals, and coordinating seamless event execution in partnership with restaurant leadership, culinary teams, vendors, and clients.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in event sales or management
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Resides in or willing to relocate to Charlotte or Raleigh metro area
