Job Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older
- minimum one year of experience in customer service
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- capacity to work extended hours and/or rotating schedules
- capability to safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts
- frequent reaching at waist level, grasping
- occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic materials
- frequent standing and walking
- exposure to wet and cold conditions
- occasional reaching at overhead, shoulder, knee, floor levels
- ability to bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, climb stairs, pivot, twist, push/pull with arms, pinch, perform fine motor movements, shoulder circumduction

- responsible lifting practices including breaking down heavy items or seeking assistance when needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one or more years of experience in customer service
- preferred experience with restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems
- working understanding of nutrition values and ingredients
- advanced communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- organization and planning skills
- computer skills
- reading and writing skills
- ability to handle guest feedback and resolve problems effectively
- ability to maintain a smile while balancing multiple priorities
- completion of alcohol seller training and cash handling training upon hire
Job Duties
- Builds strong relationships with customers in varying situations
