Job Requirements

18 years or older
1+ years of experience in customer service
experience in restaurant point of sale (POS) systems preferred
working understanding of nutrition values and ingredients
advanced communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
organization and planning skills
computer skills

ability to handle guest feedback and resolve problems effectively
ability to maintain a smile under pressure
completion of alcohol seller training and cash handling training upon hire
ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment
ability to work extended hours and/or rotating schedules
ability to safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts
constant reaching at waist level
frequent exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic materials

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
