Today, JPMorgan Chase is a leader in investment banking, consumer and small business banking, commercial banking, financial transaction processing, and asset management. The company prides itself on delivering comprehensive services designed to meet the diverse needs of its clients while fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment for its employees.

The Commercial & Investment Bank division of JPMorgan Chase is a global powerhouse that provides strategic advice, risk management, capital raising, and liquidity services to corporations, governments, and institutional clients in more than 100 countries. This division is integral to the firm's success, helping clients navigate complex financial markets around the world with expert guidance and sophisticated products.

The role of Roadshow Coordinator is based in New York and is vital to the success of the Equity Roadshow Deal Desk within JPMorgan Chase. As a Roadshow Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing both live and virtual meetings across various cities and time zones. Timely and accurate communication is essential, as you will provide schedule updates to clients and internal teams, ensuring everyone is informed of changes, confirmations, and any contingencies.

The role demands sound judgment particularly in confidential situations as you will be handling sensitive information and must proactively identify and mitigate risks or conflicts. You will also leverage technology and industry best practices to improve workflow efficiency and enhance the client experience throughout each engagement. Strong communication skills are essential as you will interact professionally with various stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.

Working at JPMorgan Chase comes with competitive compensation and a robust benefits package reflecting the candidate's experience and skill set. Eligible employees may receive commission-based pay or discretionary incentive compensation in the form of cash or equity, recognizing individual contributions. The company supports employee wellness through comprehensive healthcare coverage, on-site health centers, retirement savings plans, childcare services, tuition reimbursement, mental health resources, and financial coaching.

JPMorgan Chase is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, valuing the unique talents each employee brings to the workforce. The firm is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on any protected basis and offers reasonable accommodations to support diverse employee and applicant needs.
