FedEx Freight is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants, including disabled individuals and veterans. The company values its team members and provides comprehensive support, including assistance during the application process for candidates with disabilities.

The job also entails compliance with Long Combination Vehicles qualification standards in specific states. FedEx Freight supports professional development with a Freight Driver Development Course available as an alternative path to experience requirements. Overall, this role is integral to ensuring that freight is transported safely and efficiently within a dynamic, safety-conscious, and customer-focused environment.
