TForce Freight is currently expanding its team and is looking for a dependable and experienced Road Driver to join its logistics operations. The Road Driver will be responsible for transporting freight across regional and non-regional routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while upholding the highest quality standards in customer interaction and freight handling. This full-time position offers competitive compensation starting at $33.90 per hour with overtime pay after 8 hours, a mileage rate of $0.78, and a $3,000 signing bonus. Additional benefits include a company-paid pension plan, nine company-paid holidays, a family medical plan costing less than $150 per month, free individual medical plans, and a non-contributory pension.

Job Requirements
- Complete 10 year employment history in accordance with FMCSA regulations
- Valid class A commercial driver’s license
- Hazmat, tanker and doubles endorsements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Meet all DOT and company requirements
- Ability to safely perform job functions
- Proficiency in English language
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Operate a commercial vehicle transporting goods to various locations safely and efficiently
- Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly before departure
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and handling any customer inquiries or concerns
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance needs
- Adhere to all local, state and federal transportation regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate logs for driving hours, routes traveled and cargo conditions
- Communicate with the dispatch management team regarding schedules, delays and any issues that may arise during transportation
