With over 178 service centers spread across the continent, TForce Freight provides regional, interregional, and long-haul transportation solutions, along with cross-border shipping. The use of advanced tracking technology enables the company to ensure transparency and real-time updates to customers, fostering reliability and trust in their freight services.

The role of Road Driver at TForce Freight is at the core of its logistics operations. This position requires a responsible and detail-oriented individual entrusted with the safe and efficient transportation of freight across regional and non-regional routes. Road Drivers play a vital role in ensuring that deliveries are made promptly while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. As a Road Driver, the individual will be operating commercial vehicles, often handling valuable and sensitive cargo that demands careful loading, securing, and inspection. The job encompasses conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, adhering to all transportation rules and safety protocols, and maintaining accurate logs concerning driving hours, routes, and cargo conditions. Communication with the dispatch team is essential to managing the schedule, addressing delays, or troubleshooting any on-road issues.
TForce Freight is committed to hiring experienced professionals who hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), along with necessary endorsements such as Hazmat, tanker, and doubles, to meet diverse freight demands. The role requires the driver to be at least 21 years old and meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) and company-specific safety requirements. Candidates must be capable of working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and possess strong organizational and time management skills to adapt to the dynamic nature of freight transportation. Additionally, TForce Freight follows FMCSA regulations and expects candidates to list a complete 10-year employment history on their applications, reflecting transparency and professionalism in recruitment.

The Road Driver role at TForce Freight presents a unique opportunity to become part of a well-established network that values dedication, safety, and excellent service delivery. Joining TForce Freight means being part of a team that moves freight efficiently and reliably across North America, supporting economic growth and business success for their customers.
