The role of a Road Driver at TForce Freight is critical to the company’s mission of delivering exceptional freight services. The successful candidate will serve as the face of the company, responsible for safe and timely transportation of freight across various routes that include both regional and non-regional travel. This position requires an individual with a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. Drivers will routinely operate commercial vehicles carrying diverse freight loads, ensuring that all cargo is properly loaded, secured, and delivered according to schedule.
Key duties of this position encompass conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and cargo conditions, and consistently adhering to all applicable local, state, and federal transportation regulations. The driver will communicate regularly with dispatch teams to report any issues or delays, thereby maintaining a high standard of operational transparency. Job Requirements
- Complete a 10 year employment history in accordance with FMCSA regulations
- Valid class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Hazmat, tanker and doubles endorsements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Meet all DOT and company requirements
- Ability to perform essential job functions safely
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Qualifications
- Impeccable customer service and dedication
- Valid class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in resident state
- Hazmat, tanker and doubles endorsements
- 21 years of age
- Meet all DOT and company requirements

- Able to read, write and speak the English language
- U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Operate a commercial vehicle transporting goods to various locations safely and efficiently
- Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly before departure
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and handling any customer inquiries or concerns
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance needs
- Adhere to all local, state and federal transportation regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate logs for driving hours, routes traveled and cargo conditions
- Communicate with the dispatch management team regarding schedules, delays and any issues that may arise during transportation
