The role of Road Driver at TForce Freight is a critical position within the company's operations. This role involves the safe and efficient transportation of freight across various routes, both regional and non-regional. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $30.56 per hour, alongside a single mileage rate of $0.70713 and a sleeper mileage rate of $0.37305.

As a Road Driver, candidates will operate commercial vehicles to transport freight to multiple locations, ensuring that all cargo is loaded securely before departure. Duties also include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to guarantee the vehicle's safety and reporting any maintenance requirements. Compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal transportation regulations is mandatory, as is maintaining accurate logs concerning driving hours, route details, and cargo conditions. Communication with the dispatch team is vital to manage schedules, report delays, and address any issues encountered during transportation.
