Known for its expansive network of over 178 service centers, TForce Freight specializes in providing reliable transportation and logistic solutions across regional, interregional, and long-haul routes. They excel in handling a diverse range of shipments, from palletized loads to heavy LTL freight. The company prides itself on integrating advanced tracking technology to ensure real-time visibility and efficient management of shipments, catering to clients who demand timely and secure freight delivery. This commitment to quality service has helped them build a reputation as a customer-focused freight carrier in the logistics industry.

In addition to a solid pay structure, TForce Freight provides a comprehensive benefits package including a company-paid pension plan, 401(k), paid time off, nine company-paid holidays, and various medical plans that can cost as little as $150 monthly or even free individual medical plans. Drivers can enjoy the benefit of home daily routes, no touch freight, and the security of working for a well-established, financially stable company that values employee welfare and growth.

As a Road Driver with TForce Freight, you will be entrusted with the safe and efficient transportation of freight across both regional and non-regional routes. The position requires careful maintenance of accurate logs covering driving hours, routes traveled, and the condition of cargo, alongside regular communication with dispatch management to update schedules and report any issues encountered during transportation.

Successful candidates should have a positive, customer-focused attitude combined with excellent communication skills. The company requires applicants to provide a comprehensive 10-year employment history in line with FMCSA regulations.
