Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid class A CDL license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a commercial truck driver
- Must possess hazmat, tanker and doubles endorsements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to comply with DOT regulations
- Must have clean driving record
- Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Impeccable customer service and dedication
- Valid class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in resident state
- Hazmat, tanker and doubles endorsements
- 21 years of age
- Meet all DOT and company requirements
- Ability to perform essential job functions safely
- Able to read, write and speak English
- U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- Operate a commercial vehicle transporting goods safely and efficiently
- Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly before departure
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and handling inquiries or concerns
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all local, state and federal transportation regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate logs for driving hours, routes traveled and cargo conditions
- Communicate with dispatch management regarding schedules, delays and issues
