The role of Urgent Care Center (UCC) Operations Coordinator is a vital administrative leadership position within Baptist Health. This role is responsible for effectively and efficiently coordinating the daily operations and patient flow across all Urgent Care Centers. The coordinator evaluates and addresses staffing needs, ensuring adequate personnel are available to maintain high standards of patient care. Additionally, the role involves managing patient care supplies to support clinical, service, fiscal, and employee excellence. Collaboration with Urgent Care Supervisors is key to achieving the goals set for each center. The Operations Coordinator also provides administrative leadership and guidance to all UCC charge nurses and Plaza managers, resolving staff, patient, and physician issues promptly. Acting as a liaison, this position communicates issues and solutions with UCC leadership to maintain smooth center operations. The coordinator works closely with other departments including security, cleaning, biomedical engineering, and property management to guarantee safety, efficiency, and functionality of the centers. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work constructively with multidisciplinary teams. The estimated salary range for this role is $92,996.80 to $123,685.74 per year, depending on experience, reflecting the value Baptist Health places on skilled professionals who contribute to outstanding urgent care services.
