Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- Minimum three years RN experience
- Two years leadership experience
- Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and electronic medical records systems
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- At least three years of RN experience
- Two years in a leadership role
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support accreditation or ability to acquire within 30 days
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, email, scheduling, payroll systems, and electronic medical records
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee daily business and administrative operations with emphasis on patient-centered care
- Guide and teach nursing team and ensure compliance with regulations
- Apply Lean methods to enhance practice and patient care
- Plan staffing, equipment, and expense budgets yearly
- Update staff on patient conditions, especially critical cases
- Report staffing and unexpected events promptly
- Build strong relationships with department staff, patients' families, doctors, and external groups to improve communication and patient care quality
- Prepare reports, maintain records and files, manage equipment and inventory, and maintain databases for reporting
