We are currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Operating Room at Swedish Medical Center, a critical role that supports the advancement of nursing practice in a highly specialized setting. This position offers an hourly wage estimated between $43.57 and $62.29, with the potential for a $20,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires, reflecting the high value placed on experienced and skilled nursing professionals. Job Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Colorado or active multi-state licensure
- Basic Life Support certification
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school
- Two years of acute care Operating Room nursing experience
- Previous charge nurse or service coordinator experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- BSN preferred
- Two years of acute care experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse
- Previous charge nurse or service coordinator experience
