Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of three years of professional nursing experience
- Current RN license
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage resources and implement policies
- Commitment to ethical and quality patient care
