The role available at this facility is a full-time registered nurse position focused on Mother Baby care, primarily working during night shifts. This position involves three 12-hour shifts per week, usually from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with the flexibility of self-scheduling that accommodates weekends and holidays. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years' experience in mother-baby nursing, demonstrating proficiency and an empathetic approach to maternal and newborn healthcare. This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and engaging in team collaborations to ensure the highest standards of patient outcomes. The registered nurse in this position will take part in education efforts, not only for patients and families but also for peers and the larger community. Duties include performing clinical assessments, managing patient comfort, and faithfully adhering to the Texas Nursing Practice Act, all while maintaining patient safety, privacy, and ethical standards. Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RN mother baby experience
- graduate of an accredited nursing program
- valid RN license
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of employment
- ability to work full-time night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- proficient in basic computer skills
- knowledge of nursing laws, procedures, and ethics

Job Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
