Our client is a reputable Critical Access healthcare facility located in Eastern Georgia, specializing in providing essential medical services to the community. This facility operates with 25 Medical/Surgical beds and 13 Emergency Room beds, catering to approximately 21,000 patient visits annually. The current opportunity is for a Permanent Onsite RN Emergency Room and Medical/Surgical Director position. This leadership role demands an individual with substantial experience and expertise in both the Emergency Department (ED) and Medical/Surgical specialties. The director will oversee a total of 51 Full-Time Equivalent employees, ensuring effective management and operation of both departments. The selected candidate will play a critical role in shaping clinical protocols, managing staff performance, and enhancing patient care quality standards. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is highly preferred, underscoring the importance of advanced nursing knowledge and leadership capability for this role.
