This job opportunity is for a full-time Registered Nurse position within the Longs Peak Hospital Birthing Center, operating night shifts in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role is essential in providing expert care for women and infants in various care units including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women’s Care, and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). With a work schedule consisting of 72 hours per pay period over two weeks, the role commands a competitive hourly wage ranging from $35.29 to $54.71, based on relevant experience. UCHealth also offers a Night Shift Incentive Program that awards $1,600 quarterly, amounting to $6,400 annually for full-time night shift nurses.
This onsite role does not support hybrid or remote work arrangements, emphasizing hands-on patient interaction and team collaboration. Candidates will be part of multidisciplinary teams that prioritize wellness, patient-centered approaches, and evidence-based practices. Nurses in this role contribute significantly to the safety and quality of care by modeling clinical proficiency and mentoring new healthcare professionals. They engage actively in an innovative clinical setting that embraces new knowledge and continuous education, supported by dedicated Clinical Educators who facilitate specialty training and competency validation.

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience
- state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
- NRP within 3 months of hire
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
Job Qualifications
