This full-time night shift nursing role at Texas Health Huguley involves working from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., three shifts per week, delivering high-quality patient care in the emergency department or acute care settings. The nurse in this position will be responsible for conducting thorough clinical assessments that evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health. They will design and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs and coordinate multidisciplinary care involving physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists. The role demands continuous monitoring and adjustment of care plans, clear communication with patients and healthcare teams, and meticulous documentation of all clinical interventions and patient outcomes. Medication administration and adherence to safety protocols are critical components of the job.
