Effective communication skills are critical to collaborate with healthcare teams, respond promptly to requests, and participate in problem-solving initiatives. Maintaining professional licensure, skills, and knowledge is required to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care in the fast-paced Emergency Department setting. The role also demands physical stamina and manual dexterity to assist patients and carry out job tasks which may involve extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, and exposure to blood-borne pathogens.

In recognition of the significance of this role and to encourage top talent, AdventHealth offers bonuses up to $20,000 alongside a competitive pay range from $33.65 to $62.59 per hour, reflecting experience and qualifications.
