We are currently seeking a dedicated RN Director of Clinical Services to join our team. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality hospice care that complies with Medicare Hospice Benefit Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and Gentiva's operational model centered on patient care. The Director will spearhead clinical and operational performance oversight, staffing management, quality assurance, and cost control initiatives. This position demands a strong leader with comprehensive hospice knowledge to mentor nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams while fostering a compassionate culture. The Director will actively participate in aligning clinical goals with regulatory standards, managing physician schedules and certification processes, monitoring clinical outcomes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role also involves collaboration with executive leadership for census management and resource allocation.
