Job Requirements

  • Active RN license in applicable states
  • Minimum 2 years of home care experience
  • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in quality and budget management preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory audits and compliance standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to meet all federal, state, local, and internal requirements
