The role requires providing input and recommendations to leadership concerning coaching, mentoring, and performance management of staff, underscoring its importance in shaping the clinical team's effectiveness and morale. This position champions ethical, legal, and professional nursing standards, serving as a role model for colleagues. There is a significant emphasis on relationship-based care, aligning with the hospital’s mission and core values. Opportunity for relocation bonus up to $8,000 may be available, highlighting the organization's commitment to attracting talented professionals.
