This particular role is based in Denver, Colorado at the facility located at 2525 S Downing St and is a full-time, day-shift position. The nurse coordinator here plays a vital role in managing and coordinating patient care across various departments, including the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), inpatient units, radiology, and anesthesia. This position requires a seasoned registered nurse with the ability to develop and implement individualized care plans based on comprehensive patient assessments and medical orders. The nurse coordinator will monitor patient progress closely, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
