The RN is responsible for ensuring that nursing assessments, medication management, symptom relief, and end-of-life care practices are carried out with the utmost empathy, professionalism, and adherence to State regulations. Essential duties include supporting patients and families with emotional and spiritual guidance, facilitating necessary referrals, and addressing fears or depression related to terminal illnesses. The RN supervises Certified Nurse Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses and participates in interdisciplinary team meetings to maintain and optimize patient care plans.

This position requires a nurse who is skilled in acute problem-solving, time management, and capable of managing complex care needs in the home or community settings.
