- Minimum RN degree in nursing
- Minimum one year experience in nursing preferred

- Minimum RN degree in Nursing
- Minimum one year nursing experience preferred
Job Duties
- Document resident status as per policy
- Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned
- Schedule staff and secure replacement staff for absences to maintain regulatory compliance
- Participate in the admission of new residents
- Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and develop and monitor care plans and reassess each resident
- Provide daily report to the Director of Nursing concerning facility conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies
