Pomperaug Woods is currently seeking a Baylor Registered Nurse to fill a hospitality-focused nursing role on the weekend shifts from 7pm to 7am. This position is vital to maintaining the high standards of care at the facility by providing direct nursing care to residents and overseeing the work of Licensed Nurses and Quality of Life Specialists. The Baylor RN ensures that residents receive proper medication administration, treatments, and procedural care in accordance with regulatory requirements and the community’s standards. This role also encompasses important leadership responsibilities such as staff supervision, scheduling, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal care delivery.

The role of the Baylor Registered Nurse at Pomperaug Woods is both challenging and rewarding.
