Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in nursing or master degree in nursing
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required
- Licensed registered nurse (RN) single state or RN-compact multi-state
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire for progressive nursing management roles
- Continuous learner focused on healthcare financing and operations
- Ability to support shared governance and evidence-based care delivery
- Interest in risk management and accreditation compliance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in nursing or masters degree in nursing
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to mentor and coach nursing staff
- Knowledge of healthcare financing and nursing management principles
Job Duties
- Engages staff in decision making via shared governance processes
- Supports the nurse manager and provides leadership for a specific unit
- Represents the organization positively to the community
- Serves as a resource for all staff and supports charge nurses
- Assists with budget development and monitors fiscal outcomes
- Collaborates to hold staff accountable for performance standards
- Promotes evidence-based practice and nursing research
