Job Requirements
- Current and valid RN license in Texas or from a Compact Party State
- At least 2 years of long-term care experience
- Proactive and team-focused approach to leadership
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to mentor and support clinical staff
- Commitment to quality improvement
- Flexible to work various shifts as required

Job Duties
- Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the daily operations of the nursing department
- Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans and quality improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to promote comprehensive resident care
- Support staff education and training programs
- Monitor staffing levels and help manage schedules to optimize care delivery
