The Registered Nurse (RN) role at People Inc. is integral to the interdisciplinary team, focusing on nursing recommendations, care, and education related to individualized plans of care for people with developmental disabilities. With a salary range of $76,960 to $83,200 annually, this position offers competitive compensation based on experience. The RN is responsible for monitoring and coordinating preventative and routine healthcare, scheduling and completion of exams and tests, liaising with community services and medical providers, overseeing medication administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant health regulations and agency policies. The role also includes supervising nursing responsibilities delegated to support staff, conducting thorough medication reviews, providing phone triage support, and participating in internal and external surveys related to healthcare standards.
