The role available is for a team member responsible for a wide range of front and back-of-house service duties aimed at enhancing guest experiences and supporting the restaurant operations. Responsibilities include welcoming guests promptly with professionalism, anticipating their needs, and collaborating closely with management, chefs, and fellow staff to ensure seamless service delivery. The team member will be actively involved in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables; assisting servers with pre-bussing and busing tasks; managing the to-go order area; refilling beverages; and ensuring proper maintenance of service equipment. Engaging in pre-shift meetings and continually learning new menu items are also part of the job to foster teamwork and effective service.
Physical demands are significant in this role, with constant standing and walking, frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching, and the ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds. Working conditions are predominantly indoors with a moderate noise level, and candidates must be willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is suitable for individuals aged 16 and above who possess strong communication skills in English, both written and oral, and who are capable of performing in a team-oriented setting with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Requirements
- Any combination of education training or experience providing required knowledge skills and abilities
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to communicate in English both written and oral
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing walking bending kneeling lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- willing to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of and ability to identify menu products
- ability to operate glassware washing machine and refill ice bins and beer bins using ice machines
- knowledge of dish room procedure including separating silverware dishes and glassware
- ability to communicate effectively in English both written and oral
- basic skills in reading math writing and task completion
- strong skills in compiling coordination following instructions influencing others memorization problem solving independent judgment and decision making
- ability to work flexible shifts including holidays nights and weekends
- minimum age of 16 years
Job Duties
- Promptly welcome all guests and ensure responsive professional and gracious service
- anticipate guests’ needs and respond appropriately to maintain productive working relationships
- communicate effectively with management chefs and culinary staff to address guest needs and issues
- clear tables after guests leave and thoroughly clean tabletops seating areas booths and chairs
- assist servers in pre-bussing and busing tables including clearing wiping and setting tables
- help set up to-go and pick up areas and deliver to-go orders to host desk
- refill beverages as necessary
- set and reset tables and side stations before during and after service
- deliver food orders to tables
- ensure all machines are cleaned properly
- fold and roll napkins and keep silverware polished
- reset tables efficiently and timely
- participate in pre-shift meetings and learn new menu items
- assist kitchen in expediting service process
- maintain general cleanliness in dining room during service periods
- take compile deliver and put away warehouse orders
- perform any other duties as assigned within the scope of the position
