The role of Rider Services Representative at MV Transportation based in Seattle is a dynamic clerical position critical to ensuring smooth operations within their transit services. This position involves a variety of administrative responsibilities, including reconciling drivers' manifests, accurately entering data into Trapeze software, handling customer reservations, providing detailed information to clients, and assisting with the application process for transit services. The Representative also prepares eligibility letters and pre-paid tickets, supporting the operational and accounting teams by assisting the Accounting Manager and handling other assigned duties as needed. Attention to detail, professional communication, and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, possess strong ten-key skills, and demonstrate the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.
