Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance
- The noise level is generally moderate to high
- Team members are subject to a variety of weather conditions including heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather
- Work can be almost exclusively outdoors depending on location
- Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout peak seasons including rotating shifts of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be fully available for 2 weeks of compliance based On-The-Job Training with a fixed schedule
- Must be able to work flexible hours including event days (Wednesday through Sunday) during Halloween Horror Nights season
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
Job Duties
- Efficiently loading and unloading guests on to the attraction
- Ensuring guests comply with and meet all safety restrictions of the attraction
- Demonstrating knowledge of the ride’s standard operating procedures, including ensuring guests are safely secured prior to enabling the attraction
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the attraction facility both guest facing and back of house
- Distribute, collect, sort, and clean 3D glasses
- Promptly and efficiently ensuring ‘Gate A’ pass holders are loaded into the attraction
- Ensuring guests with special needs are accommodated
- Greeting and interacting with guests as they enter and when waiting at the preload
- Saying goodbye and wishing guests a good day as they exit the attraction
- Promoting and providing extraordinary guest service, answering questions, and offering assistance courteously
- Utilizing themed interaction with guests to provide a unique experience
- Understanding and demonstrating proper use of safety practices and ensuring department standards and park safety policies are upheld
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for team members and guests
- Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally
- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests while maintaining composure during difficult interactions
- Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe and welcoming environment
- Performing other duties as assigned
