This opportunity is with a well-established single specialty rheumatology group located in western Michigan, offering convenient access to major metropolitan areas including Detroit and Chicago. The rheumatology group is dedicated to providing high quality, affordable care and includes a team of 16 providers spread across its three locations. At the Grand Rapids site, the team consists of five doctors, nine physician assistants, and two nurse practitioners. The group emphasizes collaboration, requiring providers to work closely with advanced practitioners to deliver comprehensive patient care. The practice is outpatient only and features a fully equipped infusion suite at the location, which enhances the scope of services offered. The group is also actively involved in community education through partnerships with organizations such as AARP, reflecting a commitment to patient awareness and preventative care. In addition, the group has a research department engaged in cutting-edge studies, including the nationally recognized SetPoint vagus nerve study.
