Job Description

Two Brothers is an established establishment known for its dedication to quality food, handcrafted beers, and artisan spirits. The company prides itself on creating an inviting and vibrant atmosphere where patrons can enjoy not only delicious meals but also expertly crafted beverages. As a place that values passion for artisan drinks and unparalleled customer service, Two Brothers seeks team members who share the same enthusiasm and commitment to excellence. This company operates as a reputable bar and restaurant that balances a warm, customer-focused environment with a strong emphasis on the craft and quality of their offerings.

Currently, Two Brothers is hiring for Bartender positions which offer an exciting opportunity for those passionate about the art of mixology and creating memorable guest experiences. The role is centered on the preparation and serving of a variety of drinks, including handcrafted draft and bottled beer, artisan spirits, and mixed beverages made according to established recipes. Bartenders at Two Brothers are responsible not only for crafting drinks with precision and care but also for maintaining efficient bar operations, managing inventory, and ensuring that every patron feels welcomed and valued.

Bartenders serve as a vital link between customers and the kitchen and dining staff, facilitating prompt service and seamless communication. They engage with customers directly at the bar or indirectly through servers placing orders on behalf of dining room patrons. In addition to mixing and serving drinks, bartenders maintain bar cleanliness, stock garnishes, and manage inventory such as ice, glasses, and other essential bar supplies. The role also includes routine tasks like washing glassware and utensils and occasionally serving food to guests seated at the bar.

An ideal candidate for the Bartender role at Two Brothers is enthusiastic, friendly, and attentive, possessing a thorough knowledge of drink recipes and the ability to prepare them accurately and quickly without waste. They should be confident in sharing their passion for quality drinks and adept at creating a welcoming environment for all guests. Bartenders spend extensive time on their feet and must be capable of handling the physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy cases of liquor and beer. The role requires a team player who is responsible, reliable, and committed to upholding the high standards of food and beverage service for which Two Brothers is known.

This position often requires working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the service needs of the establishment. Potential bartenders should possess the necessary certifications such as BASSET and Food Handler licenses, which reflect a commitment to responsible serving and food safety practices. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with employer contributions, health benefits for qualified employees, and discounts on food, beverage, and retail items.

Joining Two Brothers as a bartender means becoming part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through quality products and friendly service. If you thrive in a social environment, enjoy crafting artisan drinks, and want to work with a company that values your contribution and growth, this role could be the perfect fit for you. The position promises a rewarding career path within a respected and beloved local brand that prioritizes staff development and customer satisfaction.
