Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and some holidays
- Must be a responsible and reliable team player
- Must have BASSET and Food Handler certifications
- Prefer 1-2 years experience

- Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet customers, give them menus, and inform them about daily specials
- Take drink orders from customers
- Pour handcrafted draft and bottled beer, artisan spirits and other beverages
- Mix drinks according to recipes
- Check identification of customers, to ensure that they are of legal drinking age
- Clean bars, tables, and work areas
- Operate cash registers, collect payments from customers, and return change
- Manage bar operation and maintain liquor and bar supplies
- Create a friendly and welcoming environment at the bar
- Make menu recommendations
- Have enthusiasm about what you do and use it to recommend new beers and mixed drinks to your guest
- Bartenders spend hours on their feet preparing drinks, serving customers, and sometimes lifting and carrying heavy cases of liquor, beer, and other bar supplies
- Bartenders should be friendly, tactful and attentive when dealing with customers
