Job Requirements

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent
  • multi-branded experience with Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt
  • excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • strong analytical and technical skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • knowledge of hotel reservation, sales and catering management, and property management systems

Job Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent
  • strong knowledge of brand reservations and revenue management systems including Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt
  • excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills
  • expertise with hotel reservation systems, sales and catering management systems, and property management systems
  • skilled in Microsoft Office especially Excel

Job Duties

  • Strategically support and implement all aspects of revenue management for assigned branded hotels
  • develop, recommend, and implement competitive transient and sales strategies for maximum revenue and yield penetration
  • utilize revenue and sales systems to validate short and long-term forecasts
  • host strategic weekly revenue management meetings with hotel teams
  • collaborate with sales and hotel operation teams to maximize revenue demand and manage group blocks
  • deliver detailed analysis related to STR report and market share comparisons
  • communicate data and trend findings to sales, hotel operations, and catering
  • contribute to budget and forecast development
  • recommend timely actions to optimize room inventory and rates
  • position negotiated local and corporate transient accounts for maximum room revenue
  • foster an innovative and collaborative environment to support the McNeill portfolio
