The available position is within Lighthouse's Commercial Strategy Services (CSS) team, specifically the Growth Operations business segment based in Dallas, Texas, operating under a hybrid work model. As a Revenue Manager for the AMER region, this role plays a crucial part in the company's domestic and international growth, focusing on a portfolio of dynamic independent hotels. Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of hotel revenue management experience
- Knowledge of PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and RMS systems
- Experience managing elite hotels in dynamic markets
- Experience presenting results to ownership and investment groups
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of hotel operations
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable using AI-driven workflows
- Proficient in English writing and speaking
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, or related field
- At least 2 years of hotel revenue management experience
- Knowledge of market appropriate PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and RMS systems
- Experience managing high-profile hotels in dynamic markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of hotel operations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Tech-savvy with experience integrating AI-driven workflows
- Proficiency in English language, report writing, and professional communication
Job Duties
- Analyze, recommend, and implement bespoke rate, yield, and e-commerce strategies for independent hotels
- Lead weekly revenue strategy calls with hotel owners and general managers
- Oversee distribution management including rate loading, channel mapping, and connectivity troubleshooting
- Partner with digital strategy team to manage Travel Ads, metasearch, pay-per-click, and Google Ads performance
- Review daily snapshot reports and use AI-driven forecasting to adjust strategies
- Manage PMS/CRS system onboarding and configuration
- Utilize AI forecasting models for proactive yield and rate strategy adjustments
