Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of revenue management experience, preferably in a full-service hotel
- Expert proficiency in IDEAS Revenue Management System, Opera Property Management System, Lighthouse Business Intelligence, Delphi Sales and Catering System, PasCloud Analytics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with business intelligence tools and market analytics platforms
- Comprehensive understanding of distribution channels and revenue optimization technology
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Primarily office-based work with extended periods at a computer
- Occasional travel for training or industry conferences
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of revenue management experience in a full-service hotel
- Advanced proficiency in revenue management systems and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and budgeting
- Proven track record of achieving RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy goals
Job Duties
- Lead the development and execution of the annual rooms revenue budget and maintain ongoing revenue forecasts
- Drive optimal performance in key metrics including average daily rate, occupancy, and revenue per available room through pricing strategies and inventory management
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute data-driven revenue strategies across distribution channels
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive set pricing, and demand patterns for strategic pricing and inventory decisions
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Sales team to evaluate group opportunities and provide strategic displacement analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, OTAs, and third-party channels to optimize channel mix and negotiate favorable terms
- Ensure rate parity across all platforms through concerted channel management
