Marriott International, renowned globally for its commitment to quality and inclusivity, supports Gaylord Hotels with extensive resources and opportunities, ensuring a supportive and empowering workplace culture. This role is a full-time, management position with a competitive annual salary ranging from $79,859 to $109,000, inclusive of bonus eligibility.

The Management role in Revenue Management at Gaylord Hotels is a critical position focused on optimizing the revenue and profitability of the hotel's rooms and function space. This role manages room and function space inventory, ensuring they are allocated and restricted strategically to maximize the hotel's financial outcomes. As a revenue management professional, you are responsible for developing rates, packages, and sales strategies tailored to the hotel inventory systems. Your expertise will drive pricing and positioning recommendations across marketed properties, balancing demand and forecasting to achieve business objectives.

Your role also encompasses compiling and analyzing sales data against projections, maintaining accurate reservation systems, and preparing forecasts of revenue, profit, demand, and occupancy. You will use analytical tools and systems to identify trends and obstacles, validate conclusions from account diagnostics, and provide expertise in revenue analysis to general managers and property leadership teams. Strong collaboration with key stakeholders and liaison responsibilities between property and regional or corporate system support are essential to succeed.
