Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in revenue management or hospitality analytics preferred

Job Duties
- Manage revenue data including collection, entry, processing, and maintenance of historical and statistical data
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports using data management systems

- Conduct competitive research through shop calls to assess industry trends and competitor pricing
- Provide administrative and guest support to facilitate smooth hotel operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in strategic revenue decisions
- Monitor and update revenue management systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability
