The role of Tailgate Game Day Staff is an exciting part-time position focused on delivering high-quality service at University of Arizona home games. This position supports the setup, operation, and management of premium tailgate sites for up to seven home games during the season, contributing directly to the memorable experiences we provide to sports fans. Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, assisting with transportation and maintenance of tailgating equipment, supervising the welcome tent, and ensuring a clean and organized site that meets REVELXP’s high standards. The role demands a proactive, team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can respond promptly to guest needs and collaborate effectively with event coordinators and fellow staff.

This role offers the opportunity to work in an engaging outdoor environment, contributing directly to fan enjoyment and the success of high-profile sporting events. It requires physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting equipment, as well as the flexibility to work in varying weather conditions. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and be available to work all scheduled home game dates from early September through late November.
