Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Physical ability to lift and transport tailgating equipment
- Availability to work up to 7 home game days on specified dates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Willingness to follow company core values and operational standards

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and transporting equipment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during game days
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Greet customers and guests warmly and provide an exceptional game day experience
- Transport tailgating equipment to guests' designated areas and maintain their tailgate site
- Walk the site and check in with tailgate tents to ensure guests are enjoying their time and offer assistance as needed
- Manage the guest services area and direct guests to ensure smooth operations
- Exhibit outstanding customer service and exemplify REVELXP's core values of service, joy, and entrepreneurship
- Respond promptly to customer needs, requests, and inquiries with professionalism and a can-do attitude
- Assist the Event Coordinator with day-of operational tasks, including setting up and breaking down equipment, managing supplies, and ensuring operational efficiency
- Proactively assist with special guest requests such as equipment transport and site cleanup
- Maintain a clean and organized site to represent REVELXP standards
