REVELXP manages a broad array of fan experience offerings and also extends comprehensive hospitality solutions including event staffing, event management, premium hospitality management, and venue installations. The Seasonal Event Coordinator position offers a dynamic role with opportunities to engage in multiple facets of hospitality, operations, and revenue generation. Reporting to either the General Manager, Event Manager or Deputy General Manager, this role is pivotal in executing company objectives at the assigned properties. The successful candidate will cultivate strong relationships with guests, lead hourly game day staff and office personnel, and actively contribute to the seamless operation of game day events.
This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record in sales and relationship-building with stakeholders across various industries, and the ability to synthesize and utilize key information effectively. The Seasonal Event Coordinator must excel in high-pressure situations by demonstrating advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities. This job demands a versatile individual who embodies the spirit of collaboration, leadership, and a customer-first approach, all while helping to redefine the fan experience at sporting events nationwide.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and game days
- Leadership experience with supervising staff
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Lead the flawless execution of events at partner schools, with a special emphasis on game day operations
- Provide guidance and support to hourly staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service during game day events
- Aid in facilitating weekly coordination meetings to align staff members and define game day operational priorities and expectations
- Take charge of various operational processes, including quality control and inventory management to ensure smooth and efficient event execution
- Update and maintain customer logs to be shared with vendor or operations team for improved communication and service delivery
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with game day vendors, serving as the main point of contact for seamless collaboration and service delivery
- Provide excellent customer service onsite, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience during events
