The role of Seasonal Event Coordinator at REVELXP is a seasonal, football-focused position starting around July 1, 2026. It is designed for a revenue and operations minded individual who will support the General Manager, Event Manager, or Deputy General Manager in achieving operational objectives at assigned properties. The position demands building strong relationships with guests while leading hourly game day staff and collaborating with the office team. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proven history of successful sales activities, and the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across various industries. The coordinator must gather and synthesize critical information effectively and work well with diverse teams.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in operations or event coordination preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and game days
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be able to lead a team
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Physically able to perform event duties including standing and lifting

Job Duties
- Lead the flawless execution of events at partner schools, with a special emphasis on game day operations
- Provide guidance and support to hourly staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service during game day events
- Aid in facilitating weekly coordination meetings to align staff members and define game day operational priorities and expectations
- Take charge of various operational processes, including quality control, inventory management, to ensure smooth and efficient event execution
- Update and maintain customer logs to be shared with vendor or operations team for improved communication and service delivery
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with game day vendors, serving as the main point of contact for seamless collaboration and service delivery
- Provide excellent customer service onsite, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience during events
